Visited the Encalm Lounge at Hyderabad International Airport Terminal. This lounge is not affiliated to Star Alliance or any airlines. It is open to anyone who can pay to use it. The check in area was like a circus. I observed that almost 80% of the folks using the lounge are pay and use type or using a credit card benefit to access the lounge. Inside the lounge they have a separate small seating section for business class passengers. The food was okay. Kind of crowded at the food area. They have a bar, self service SOA fountain area. The lounge was clean but crowded and very noisy. The good part I observed was the staff inside the lounge (excluding check-in area). They were professional and courteous.

Airport lounges are a great option to relax specially when you have a long transit. All the terminals at Indira Gandhi International Airport feature premium lounges equipped with top-notch amenities.

The newly opened Encalm Lounge at New Delhi Airport are open to all passengers irrespective of the airlines they are flying with.

Both Business and economy class passengers can access these lounges to enjoy exclusive perks, relax in comfortable waiting areas, and indulge in a range of amenities including dining options, beverages, Wi-Fi, showers, and calm spaces to work or relax.

To get free lounge access, guests need to provide specific credit cards or debit cards that offers lounge access in both domestic & international terminals.

Guests with eligible cards will be charged a nominal fee that will lead them to lounge access for 2 hours, complimentary or free food buffet and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks at the airport.

• For Mastercard Cards, Rs.25 /- will be charged and immediately made void at the terminal for validation. A void transaction means the debited amount will get back to the respective account and the details will not show up in the customer’s account statement.
  
• For Visa and RuPay Cards, Rs.2 /- will be charged to the card account as a transaction for validation.
