At New Delhi Airport, passengers and airport staffs can make use of complimentary Airport Shuttle services to transfer between terminals. All they need to do is to provide their identification proofs and previous (Arrival in one of the terminals) & next boarding passes(Departure from the other terminal) to the official in-charge at the kiosks.
Upon verification, the officials will issue a complimentary coupon that will be used while boarding the bus. Passengers travelling without a coupon will have to pay the applicable ticket charges. The buses are red in colour with “Terminal Shuttle” written on the digital board at the front.
Flyers at IGI airport can follow the sign boards placed right after the baggage checkpoints to reach the complimentary shuttle counters.
The inter terminal free shuttle service at New Delhi Airport is operated by DIAL and runs every 10 minutes all throughout the day between domestic (Terminal 1D, Terminal 1C) and international (Terminal 3 – T3) terminals & Aerocity metro station. Passengers arriving at Terminal 2 – T2 can also board the shuttle buses departing from T3 of DEL airport.
For ease of passengers, complimentary golf cart services are also available.
Distance between Terminal 1 & Terminal 3 is approximately 7km and it takes around 14minutes to commute.

If time is a constraint, we suggest you to take a private cab or taxi as airport shuttles would take approximately 20 minutes or more to reach the destination as it halts at following 6 stops:

- Centaur Hotel / New Custom House
- I.G.I Airport Terminal 3
