Apart from boarding gate, other designated delivery points are also available. Kiosks with interactive self-ordering facility are available at multiple locations through out the Terminal 3 of New Delhi Airport.
The delivery of food usually takes 20 minutes and the delivery personnel rides electric scooters to avoid pollution. Flyers then can either carry it on board or eat it while waiting at the boarding gates to catch their flight.
