5. SATS Premier Lounge

The SATS Premier Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 3 offers a luxurious and comfortable space for travellers. At Singapore Changi Airport, the First Class Check-in Reception Lounge is available for access to

• Suites and First Class Passengers: Only those flying on Singapore Airlines-operated flights.
• Solitaire PPS Club Members: With confirmed bookings on Singapore Airlines flights.

Note: First Class passengers traveling on Star Alliance partners do not have access.

Upon arrival, passengers can sit at one of the six check-in counters, where ground staff will tag their bags and issue boarding passes. Staff can also assist with special requests, such as blocking an empty seat next to you in Economy Class.

After completing check-in, passengers can proceed directly to immigration through a dedicated door at the back of the lounge, where a security officer will verify their passport details against their boarding pass.
